• flagged and stored for hostile or emotionally escalated verbiage

• summarized into neutral, actionable information

• answered with neutral, ai-assisted actionable responses

• stored with court-ready end-to-end encryption

You receive only what matters, along with clear response options—allowing you to maintain boundaries and minimize direct engagement.

This tier is designed to support emotional safety when cooperation between both parties is not possible, the relationship is high-conflict and parallel parenting is best. This tier is one-sided, and only requires your active participation, not the second party. A personalized phone number will be assigned to you at which point you may share the number with the other party. Once the second party begins messaging you at your new number, filtering and recording will begin immediately.

Tier 2: Mutual Participation

For co-parents who agree to communicate through Veild.

Both parties use the platform to:

• keep communication focused, factual and emotionally-safe

• reduce misunderstandings

• create a consistent, end-to-end encrypted record of communication

• support parallel parenting with minimal friction

• keep track of finances with a shared expense tracker

• record relevant events in a shared family calendar

Tier 2 helps keep conversations structured, transparent, and child-focused—without requiring emotional closeness.
